EA Account Support
My Email that I used to create my EA account got deleted, and I cannot provide the verification code to EA. Therefore, I have tried numerous times to get it back through the "EA account support". Each attempt takes about 30 minutes, and I have tried at least 8 times.
I constantly provide screenshots of me in-game, the accounts that are connected (Steam, Epic Games, and X Box), and the receipts of me receiving the game as a gift. On top of that, I even provided the code I used to redeem EA FC 24.
Furthermore, I even managed to log into my account, as I was not required to put in the verification code, and texted from the account. But, it seemed to make absolutely no difference.
Every time, I receive the same answer, that I did not provide enough data to prove the account ownership. The support then leaves the chat and never helps me or provides me with things I can provide next time. It seems as all the extra info I give is ignored and not considered. And because I did not purchase anything directly through EA, and I have no credit card connected, they refuse to give me my account.
It is very tiring speaking to this very poor customer service, that does not seem to care or have any intent of helping me solve the issue.
