EA Account

When I was younger I made an email that I cannot get into anymore, and my PS5 is linked to that EA account I cannot play Madden 25 unless I sign into that EA account it’ll send me a verification code to the email I cannot get into anymore, can someone help and figure out a way for me to unlink that email so I can just start fresh?
