(1) Can't Link EA/PSN Accounts & (2) EA Help Chat Option Gone

(Issue #1: Account Linking: PSN/EA Accounts)

I’m trying to play UFC 5 online on my PS5, but when I try to link my PlayStation Network account with PSN ID: LRin713, to my EA account , also LRin713, I get this error message:

The thing is, I haven’t played any EA games or linked anything since probably 2012, and as far as I know, the account I’m using now is the only EA account I’ve ever had. I would assume it got disabled b/c of inactivity. But how is my account disabled if I am logged into it right now? I can log into the EA website with it. I confirmed my cell phone, verified my email, added a payment method. So it can't be disabled if I am on it typing right now. I don't get it. 

(Issue #2: EA Help Live Chat Option is Gone/Unable to Contact EA Help)

I already posted this issue to forums and it mistakenly got marked as solved, b/c someone told me to contact EA Support, but I already did that. I chatted with them a couple of times, but because of bad cell phone connection, I kept getting disconnected from the chat. And I think that b/c I disconnected a few times, the chat option doesn't pop up for me anymore.

I go to My Cases, press Resume Case (even if I try to start a new case) it brings me to this window, but there is no chat option available:

When I looked into it, EA said that when you go to your case/start a case, the screen should look like this:

So now, I have no way to contact EA. My last post was marked Solved, but the solution given to me, was to contact EA. But the live chat is gone, so I have no way of contacting support. 

I followed EA Support on Twitter and Facebook, messaged them, not sure from which one, but I got an email asking if I needed help, so I responded and the email came back as undeliverable. I have been trying to fix this issue for like a week now. This whole thing is so crazy. Please someone help.

    Hey LRin713,

    If you still have a few cases that haven't been fully closed out, it's definitely possible you may have to wait for those to be resolved before you'll be able to open a new one.

    One thing to try in this situation is to log out of your account or use an incognito mode window before going through the steps to create a case. You'll be prompted to sign in, but should have an option to Continue without logging in to move forward with the new case and get back in touch with support.

    The incognito mode/continue without signing in worked so that the chat is back. Thank you!

    I will wait until I am at my computer to chat with them this time so I don't get disconnected. Now let's just hope they can actually fix it the issue.
