Ea actively preventing people from using support chat

Why is it entering i put it says this issue inst supported by an advisor this is total bs how is it not supported if it’s one or the things that was prompted in the question fill out. Was waiting in ...

Same here. Started the que at ~199, then it got to "99+, an agent is on the way" in about 10 minutes. Has been like this the past 1.5 hours. Kind ridiculous that they're just blatantly lying like that.
