Because of this recent update my Sims 4 game will not open. So one of the suggestions I've received is to clear the cache option. As look unto the EA to find the 3 bars to locate the help option i realized I do not have it. I have looked for it on my settings option and have yet to see it. If anyone knows how to help me please let me know! I have also deactivated all the mods still does not work.

I don't use the EA App, so I'm not sure about the missing dots, but you should be able to contact EA Help by going to help.ea.com, searching for The Sims 4, and selecting the support option closest to the problem. That should let you open a case or have a live chat.
taofeekat If you have a Mac, click Help in the menu bar in the upper-left corner of the screen. Choose the App Recovery function there.
