Is there any way I can speak to an advisor about this because I am still waiting for my case to reviewed

You don't necessarily need to be logged into an EA account to speak with EA Help. The steps below should get you a live chat with an agent. However, you will likely need to confirm account ownership by correctly answering security questions about the account in question before they can help. 

• Go to help.ea.com and ensure that you're not logged in.
• Select the "EA Account" option.
• Click "See more help topics".
• Choose the "I want to update my EA Account information" support option (there is also a "I want to recover my deleted account" option that might be closer to the issue you're facing).
• Select the option to continue without logging in. 
• You should see the option to begin a live chat.
