EA Creator Network says approved but application says closed?

Hi!! I got an email saying I was approved for the EA Creator Network and it tells me to get started and start on the next steps. When I click "Get Started" it redirects me to log-in where it tells me my application is closed?

The application also has information that is older and outdated, such as my old display name and email. I thought it might have been an error, so I re-applied again, just to get accepted within a few hours AGAIN where it continues to say "CLOSED"

Does anyone know where to go from here or who to contact?
