EA Creator Program – Account Reapplication Frozen for Over a Year

Hi,

I applied for the EA Creator Program over a year ago and was declined. Since then, my account has not reset to allow me to reapply despite attempting to do so on more than 10 separate occasions, I consistently receive the same message (please see screenshot).

I'd like to submit a new application and know that enough time has passed for my account to have refreshed. Could you please look into why this isn't happening and either resolve the issue or manually reset my eligibility?
