EA Customer Service Extremely Unhelpful

I recently purchased an expansion pack during the spring sale. I downloaded everything, but in-game it kept saying it couldn’t load. I reached out to EA customer service, and they told me to just wait 24 hours without offering to look into the issue or provide any real help. They ignored my follow-up questions and didn’t give any solutions. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and it definitely makes me hesitant to purchase from them again.
