Is there any way to contact EA support that isn't bot-based?

I no longer have access to the email address associated with my EA account and would like to change it to my current one, but EA support isn't very helpful. As the title suggests, I've filed about five cases and I'm still trying to communicate with live support, but these bots don't understand what I'm saying. I've sent proof of purchase for dlcs and all the information I know about the account, but they still tell me it's incorrect, even though I know it's correct. So, my question is: is there any way to contact someone who handles this, not bots?

    Hello qatera3,

if you made a live chat, then you will have talked to a member of the support team, not a bot. Unfortunately, if the information you give them doesn't match those on the account, there's nothing that these employees can do, as the info has to match 100% for security reasons. You can try using different information and contact them again to try, but if the data doesn't match, neither support, nor we in the forum, can help.

  • Yeah I've already did that like 7 times and everytime it feels like im talking to a bot. I provided them everything, all the infos i have, receipts, boxes with dlc codes, card info, adress, literally EVERYTHING and for a fact I know that the info is right, but everytime they say that im very close but something doesnt match and they cant even tell me what does not match??? I dont understand this, I spend 2k+ on the sims and i cant even play normally, becouse of this whole thing I couldnt do the lost legacies event and I really wanted to get those items, its the first event that i've missed and its not even from my own fault its just sad at this point that the support does not help at all. I need to know what else can i do or how many more times i need to create another case bcs im slowly losing hope.

Unfortunately, there's no way of restoring an account, if the information doesn't fit 100%. Unfortunately, that means that sometimes, if you made a typo during sign up or put in something random, thinking it's not too important (can happen with birthdates as example) you will not be able to regain access to the account. Except by trying again and choosing a different piece of information, in the hopes that it's correct then, it's not possible to get an account back.

  • Its so werid bcs now it let me log in without the veryfing code, and i still cant change anything bcs then it needs the code, I dont understand why it works like that. Another question, is there a way of getting the items from the event other than by mods? Its literally yalls fault that i couldnt complete it

    qatera3,

if you're logged in now, you should be able to check all the information on the account though and should therefore be able to see, where the wrong piece of information was and should  be able to contact Support one more time to regain full access to your account.

Regarding events, what game and event are you talking about?

  • Well I'd love to check/change the informations, but i simply cant. When i try to do that, this pops up and we know i cant do that. I'm talking about The Sims 4 Lost Legacies, I was fully free when the event took place but couldnt complete it bcs ea loged me out, and I couldnt log back in without the code, but now when the event ended i can for some reason, its so stupid.
