Ea doesnt recognize my steam even they are linked

Hi, i bought nfs unbound in my steam an i used to open it from my steam then the EA app would connect atomaticlly. But now when i want to start game, the EA app show me a eror to change my password and reset the game. When i checked my linked acounts , it was also connected and didn't allow me to link them again. What should i do?
