I haven't had the issue with refund requests but I'm having the exact issue of them marking my help case as resolved with no update. I accidentally created another EA account with my xbox account that had unlinked from my current account for some reason. That EA account got disabled with my xbox account still connected to it so I have no way of accessing the account to unlink it and EA help keeps marking my help requests as resolved without fixing the issue. it's unbearable and I may just give up on EA entirely because of it. Their customer service is the worst i've ever seen. Long live steam and the bay
