Our support team can be reached via email but first, a support case needs to be set up through the EA Help site. Once a case has been created, all future communication in that case will be through email.
However, for refunds, you do not need to send an email at all. We have a specific tool you can use if you meet the eligibility criteria for a refund. Our EA Help guide shares more about how to use this to make a refund request. I've popped the guide below, along with our Refund tool. Please check them out and follow the steps in our guide if you're eligible for a refund:
