EA FC 27 Ban Appeal Not Submitting – “Case Not Created” Error, No Response

I can’t submit my FC 27 ban appeal because EA Help keeps showing “Appeal not submitted / Case not created.” I’ve tried multiple devices and networks, with and without a VPN. Please help create an app...

I’ve been dealing with depression recently, and this ban has made me feel even worse. Playing FC 27 really helps me feel better. I know it’s just a game, but it means a lot to me. I’m really sad about what happened. I just hope EA can help me fix this soon.
