I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been dealing with recurring crashes across several EA games on your Xbox. We’re actively investigating crashes and freezes affecting some Madden NFL 27 players on PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Generally, when the same issue is reported by a large number of console players, the scale and consistency of those reports are important factors in assessing the priority of an investigation.
As for the other games you mentioned, I understand that further troubleshooting may not be the answer you were hoping for, but please work through both Xbox’s recommended steps and our relevant troubleshooting guide to see whether they help.
