EA has completely screwed me

I don't even know how to start this, I am so incredibly disappointed. 

I had an Origin account with the sims 3 and most of the expansion packs. I lost access to this account in 2016, so I made a new account for when the sims 4 came out. I didn't think too much about playing the sims 3 again until now when i got a new gaming desktop and decided to get all the sims games and expansion packs. I tried to use my download codes from my Sims 3 expansion pack disc cases, but it wouldn't work. I tried to login to my old account, but forgot the password. I tried to login to the email, but apparently YahooMail is a huge crapshow as well and completely deactivated my email. With NO way to get it back whatsoever. I tried to talk to EA support, even offered to give them the download codes i had to prove I do have the games, and they said that account was "dormant" and there's nothing they can do either. As someone who's played this game their whole life, I'm really really annoyed and disappointed. I just want to play my games without spending over $100 to get them back. EA and YahooMail **bleep**.
