EA has completely screwed me

I don't even know how to start this, I am so incredibly disappointed.  I had an Origin account with the sims 3 and most of the expansion packs. I lost access to this account in 2016, so I made a new...

Did our team attempt to verify account ownership with you or was it a case that they could not located your account micswagger97 ?

    They did not attempt to verify. I was told since I no longer have access to the old email (called yahoomail and practically begged for it back with no luck), and my old account was dormant/deleted that there was nothing they could do. I didn't delete my old origin/EA account so I don't know what happened with that. The only way they said I could get it back was if I somehow got the email back but thats not possible.
