EA Help / Chat

Just as a FYI, I have been trying for 4 days to get EA chat to help with an old account that just needs a change of email address , because the linked one is no longer available. EA answers, say its fixable just contact us by the chat function. 

Well the chat function where to start ?  i have been on line since Saturday at different times to answer and at no time during my online time sometimes 6 hours solid on the comp waiting has the 99+ gone down and i get no reply. I have missed someone 1 time after their time stamp of 7hr 53 mins and got some sort of closed case email, but i resumed and started again.

Today i have been online waiting and watching for 6.5 hrs so far. No one can spend this much time everyday for a response that can be solved by secure email.

 

This is a joke....

    this is a absolute failed system as there is no easy way about this I've been trying to accesses this account for years now **bleep** you EA take the money and give you no support fix's your systems you have more than enough money for these problems not to occur

    Agreed, I have no idea how EA has a system like this in 2025. I have no idea why they can't just solve the case based on what is in the case description, rather than forcing us to wait for hours upon hours for a live chat to solve it.

    The fact agents need to action the case based on teal time feedback with the owner of the ticket, even though the information is in the ticket is insane. This was purposefully setup in this way. Any service provider would fail and have their contracts burned if they thought to even contemplate operating this way.  This "support" is the perception of help. Nothing more.
