2 months agoEA help chat isn’t working for me
Hello. I don’t know whether anyone else is having this problem or not.
When I go to the start chat button from EA help it tells me to fill out all the details, and then it creates a case number.
Afterwards, I receive an email and then it redirects me to page waiting for advisor but no chat is coming up on my end but when I look in my cases it says that a chat has been started. There is also no estimated wait times given either.
So is there another way I contact EA help other than using the chat option?
