EA help chat isn’t working for me

Hello. I don’t know whether anyone else is having this problem or not.  When I go to the start chat button from EA help it tells me to fill out all the details, and then it creates a case number. ...

Odd one Anonymous​, can you ensure that nothing on your browser is causing issues, sometimes some security features can stop the chat window popping.

No harm trying a different browser to see what happens?
