EA Help, Not Helpful.

EA help is entirely useless. It depends on an automated system that monitors very specific questions. I've shown multiple screenshots that only the account owner can get as well as info from linked accounts as well as purchases made from years ago that were still on my steam past purchases and even though the adviser fully believes I'm the account owner, nothing can be done because one of the questions about my 4+ year old account was wrong. To top it off they cant tell you what question was wrong for ''Security'' reasons but let me ask you this. If i ask you were i ate yesterday and you got the question wrong, does it really matter if i tell you that you were wrong? do people think that will suddenly reveal the correct answer? You should be allowed to give AT LEAST 1 do over for AT LEAST 1 question per attempt or how can i know what i got wrong? Some questions have multiple possible answers and not telling me what was the wrong answer doesn't help me on my next attempt. Do better EA or you WILL lose players not just from making crap games but also from slowly bleeding players who can't get their **bleep** back.
