ea help not working
purchase failed but took my moneyI tried to purchase battlefield 6 it failed but 70 dollars is gone from my bank account. i tried to contact from ea help but no one is responding me for 5 days and there is no live support button

Hey k4learn12 if you check your purchase history does it show the order as complete?
If the order was failed then money would not leave an account. Could it be a pre-authorisation that you see?
