A month is a long time. 🤔Sometimes emails can get routed through to the Spam or Junk folders. Could you double-check those folders just in case there is a response from Terms of Service?
Failing that, if you can't see a message from Terms of Service about your ban appeal, it might be a good idea to contact our support team. They can't look into bans for you, but they may be able to double-check if the ban appeal is with the Terms of Service team to help put your mind at ease about the ban appeal efforts.
