EA ID mix up

Question

When I went to log in today I forgot my password, so I reset it, then the app prompted me to create an EA ID, so I set it to the same as my brothers discord profile, (yoyeey) as we share the account. After I logged in a bought a pack, High School Years, but when I booted the game up through steam it wasnt there, and I was unable to install the base game through the EA app. I logged out and logged back in with the same password, but with the old EA ID (beetaken700), and my usual packs were there, but not the new one. So now I seem to have two profiles attached to the same email and can't use my new pack. When I sign in with the email it defaults to the new EA ID.&nbsp;

I'm afraid we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums. To address having multiple EA Accounts, please follow the steps below:&nbsp;

Create a new email as a placeholder
Log in to the yoyeey account and replace the email with the placeholder email:&nbsp;Account Information &gt; Email Address &gt; Edit&nbsp;
Log in to the original account (beetaken 700) and change that email to your preferred one.&nbsp;

Regarding the pack that's on the new account, you'll want to contact our support team and work with them to navigate that.&nbsp;
