EA is ignoring my cases

I’ve trying for month to reach support to try and unlink my Xbox account from an EA account I no longer access but no one will respond to me. I keep sending in cases everyday and no will respond. 

some did reply to my cases the other but immediately closed it because I didn’t respond in under 60 seconds.

EA truly does take the award for the worst company.

    If you are opening multiple cases MrCow04​ the our team will begin closing off duplicates.

    If you have an issue then a single case is best.

    Maybe staff should actually learn to respond to tickets rather than making people wait? Thoughts on that Darko?
