EA live chat bad service

they said send screen shots to prove the game wasnt on my ea app  done that i sent 12 screen shots showing all 38 packs i had then after all that she said i cant help you im transfering you to technical support and they keeped saying clear cash that i had done numras times i also uninstalled my game twice and reinstalled it i was transferd 23 times still not sorted they just dont care and not helpfull just wasting my time im putting a fraud claim in with the bank i have proof i paid ea and no games also i was refused a refund
