EA Live Chat Doesn't Appear After Filling A Form

I want to disconnect my steam, I linked it months ago but I must wait until January 22nd. I don't want to connect another account, I want to play battlefield on my steam. 

Live chat doesn't exist apparently, and support is useless always. How can I contact a support agent?

    Sorry to say Crosseyedslaker​ but there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to speed this up.

    You will need to wait for the time to pass.
