Hi there, I need help unlinking my gamertag from an old email. But everytime on support no matter what product I selection comes up not supported by advisor.
the support system by EA is absolutely atrocious.

Can you log into your EA account? There is a way to unlink your Xbox from your EA account using these steps:
To unlink your EA Account from any connected platform (like Steam, Twitch, Epic Games, Amazon Prime Gaming, or Facebook), follow these steps:
- Go to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings portal.
- Find the platform account you want to unlink and select the Unlink option.
- Select Revoke to unlink an authorized third-party app from the Authorized Applications section.
- Read the disclaimer and make sure you want to unlink, knowing all the risks.
- You may be asked to verify your identity–follow the prompts to do so.
Heads-up: If you unlink your platform account and link it to a different EA Account, any entitlements, like in-game rewards, points, and items, will remain on the EA Account that your platform was first linked to. If you get an error message when you try to unlink your accounts, your EA Account isn’t eligible to unlink right now. Find out what unlinking troubleshooting steps are available for you.
