Please help me contact ea!
Please, I am devastated. I can’t access the account I’ve purchased probably $500 worth of DLC on. I can’t even start a chat w tech support, it brings me to a new page saying that they can’t help me w this issue. I’m lost, I don’t know what to do atp.
The system accepts my EA id and password.. it just wants to verify my email via code and I don’t remember which email it is! PLEASE! There has to be a way! I have bank statements, my ip address, the dates I’ve logged into my ea account.. everything except the recovery email on the account… please, please someone help me!!
I don’t have the Xbox I used to make the account anymore, (it had to have been my son’s old x box tho I’m not 100% sure) so I can’t log in on a verified device either.
I think I will finally be done w EA if I can’t access the dlc I have purchased! Please help me!
