Community ManagerHey bajroo,
From your screenshot, it looks like you got a response from them already and that your ban was overturned. They mention that they locked your account though; was there any more context on what to do from the message they sent you?
This is the full email,they asked to contact again and I have but the ticket doesnt seem to get through,and on my account it says that the account is blocked,could you please help me with this ?

It looks like they did that to your account in order to keep it safe. it looks like the ban itself has already been overturned, but you'll still need to reach out to our live support team so they can reactivate your account again, once they've made sure that whoever was trying to access your account hasn't done any other damage to it.
