EA Not Sending Verification Codes To My Email

I try to fix it so many search from everyone to post it but still to can't get verification codes to My email for login my account

    I didn't add secondary mail to my main account . and I changed My telephone number . When I follow the steps to Forget your password. It's ask to send link to my account or old telephone number . 😭 ( Sorry for my bad eng . I can spell a little bit)
