It would also be helpful to know whether this happens only with EA FC 27, or if you get the same “not eligible” / “don’t own the game” message when trying to access other EA Play Pro games.

This happens with games like madden, college football and fc but not with games like pga tour 25 and plants vs zombies i have the same issue

And the same thing happens whether you download or add it to the library

i have the same issue for a week now i've spend hours talking to customer service but i still cant get it fixed. i have ea play pro i cant even play the game or anything else

Nah, I've spent roughly 6 hours on customer support and got every different excuse in the book. At one point some guy started telling me that I was underage for a game and his evidence was a US law for under 13's. I am not underage for any game nor close to 13.

If you guys do find a fix though please put it here as I think loads have this issue.

I have the same problem. The help support stinks bruv, every time its just some copy paste garbage. I try to refund it and they say I have used my ea play pro subscription to download fc 26. Like mate Its 2026 and I have had it deleted for a week just give me the **bleep** refund.
