Re: EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

I ran into the same issue. 

Check your payment history. Apparently they give you access the moment your payment authorizes. But if the payment registers as failed for any reason (still trying to figure that out myself) than your pro membership 'Expires'. I'm still waiting for an agent in chat. Only solutions really are cancel the failed payment attempt in their system and let you try the payment again right away. Or In rare cases, manually activate EA Play Pro for a short period while waiting for the bank to process — but only if they confirm payment cleared.

With all respect that thing about check your payment history makes no sense.

My payment went just fine(they took my money) and then cancelled my PRO subscription a few hours after.

So please stop pasting a message that does not apply to this OUTAGE by EA, let's respect people's intellect and Money?

Having same issue here, I purchased the membership on August, 7th. Today, August 8th tried to play BF6 Beta and it is locked. Not even 24 hours later, I get the membership expired notification. But EA was so quick to charge me yesterday.

Same here. I double checked the payment went though and it did but EA says my membership expired.

having exactly the same issue. credit card provider shows me a successfull transaction, played yesterday, now it says expired because of failed payment, but no money was returned (yet).

  canceled at 23:21 (as i only wanted to play the beta)
  received the canellation confirmation email (stating i will still benefit till 07.09.25) at 23:21
  received the email, that my pro subscription was cancelled at 05:19 (like exactely 6 hours later)

Same thing happened to me, so I just bought another month lol. I'm not gonna let **bleep**ty EA shenanigans ruin my fun, but if they don't end up refunding me for the first charge I'm just gonna charge it back through my bank. Whatever happened here is blatantly illegal, I don't think any of us would have trouble disputing the charge.
