EA Support missing?

I cannot re-open any of my cases, what a joke

lol, same here, after i chat with a advisor and he said i need to open a new case to solve my problem, i got "This issue isn't supported by advisors' for every topic i select

i think they block me from chat with a advisor. u may be have same situation now
