there's still a lot of EA App players that did not received the compensation for the launch debacle.
Where we couldn't play because it didn't detect the game's content

As discussed in this thread [UPDATE] BF6 - Purchase To Unlock/Not Installed Error & Compensation Update

EA_Leeuw​  gave a response on Oct 17th, yet still a bunch of us did not receive anything.
I myself pre-ordered the Phantom Edition on Oct 1st and was experiencing the problem.
