Hi, EA_Darko
I received your email confirming that the EA app issue was fixed and that all affected Battlefield 6 players should now have received their compensation rewards.
However, I didn’t receive anything in-game, even after restarting the game and checking my inbox multiple times.
I recorded a video as proof showing that my account did not receive any of the announced rewards.
Could you please escalate this issue or verify my account status on your side?
