Ea support won't answer emails and no support options on there resume case

How the hell do you actually get to talk to an advisor these days for over a month I've been doing there crud report a problem and you get two emails that say this isn't monitored and it sends you in...

Yep.  Their support is a complete mess.  I've had an issue posted to this message board for several days and no one has responded or acknowledged it.  This is after emailing and chatting with about 5 different people, all of which really had no idea how to help me.
