I made a new case and they finally responded this time
Update: one of my tickets now says "Resolved" and nothing has happened why wont EA delete my account and all my data?
It might be worth searching your linked email account for messages from EA Help. They may have sent you information, such as the time frame for the request being honoured.
I have checked my email every day and they havent sent anything besides the automated response when I first sent in the ticket
I want to delete my EA account and all it's info because I want to link it to my steam account but it was linked to a different steam account before and it wont let me link it to my current one and I don't want to make a new email just for an EA account so I think the only work around is to delete my current account and remake it I don't actually own any games on my EA account I just use EA to launch steam games that require it
