ea to xbox link issues

We cannot make any changes to accounts on the forums. I've edited your post; please don't post images of partial account details here as we cannot assist with them.

If there is an EA account you created, whether you can access the email currently or not, you can contact support to try and recover the account. They will need to verify more information about the EA account before any changes can be made. Even if it's an old email you can no longer access, if you are the one that originally created the EA account, you can try to verify those details with support so they can help update the login information.

If you did not create the EA account or are not able to verify enough of the account details, our support will not be able to make any changes for you. They can only make changes if they're able to verify the person contacting is the original account owner.

So to clarify, it looks like you do not have access to the EA account where that Xbox is linked. We cannot make changes to someone's EA account for anyone but the EA account owner. In this case that would be this other individual. 

If he no longer has access to the account either, he will need to get in touch with support to verify his account information before the support team can help make any changes, including unlinking any other accounts that have been connected to that EA account.

I understand you're saying the Xbox account is yours, but we cannot verify ownership of other platform accounts as we'd have no access to their systems to verify any necessary details. The only accounts we're able to change would be EA accounts. If this other EA account is not registered to you, the registered owner would need to get in touch with support before any changes can be made. Unfortunately if they do not or cannot, we can't just make changes to someone else's account, sorry.

This is all I get; otherwise, it sends me to the help desk. But at the help desk, they refer me back to that guy, runtmt, but he can't help me any further because he says he doesn't have access to the account. I've also contacted Microsoft, and they can't help me either. Could you help me?? Please! I've been working on this for years; I really want to use my owngam paas and eaplay

We can't make any changes to your account via the forums I'm afraid. If you're trying to remove another platform linked to your EA account and you have access to the EA account itself however, you should be able to unlink it from this account page, or by following these steps.
