If you are having issues using the chat option, then you should try using the email option.

There isn't exactly an email you can use, but you should see the email case or live chat option after you've selected the game and the closest matching support issue.
Yeah, that's the problem. They no longer show up after being disconnected twice. Nor does it allow me to create a new case, it just links me to their troubleshooting pages and that's it.
i can only assume that they flagged my account as being suspicious after the disconnects (due to their sh*t site).
