In that case, it's possibly worth trying again while not signed into any EA account. I just tried by selecting "EA Account" then "I want to update my EA Account information" while not logged into mine, and the site gave me the chat option just now.
Well this worked. And i appreciate the help.
But after wasting 30 minutes of my time answering their question, they told me they cant do anything about it.
It's cool, i love only being able to enjoy half of what i paid for. Never giving EA a cent again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
