Already. 3 times, with the chronology, and picture. after submit, no notification or open case or something? or i miss some step?

and there is no email notification about the problem that i submitted.

    Try following these steps:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    • Type EA Account into the search field
    • Select the EA Account tile
    • Click on See more topics
    • Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    • Click on the option for chat
