Already. 3 times, with the chronology, and picture. after submit, no notification or open case or something? or i miss some step?
and there is no email notification about the problem that i submitted.

- Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
