Email I have been using for 15 years no longer exists, how can I replace it

I have an issue where the current email I am using doesn't exist, therefore I can't access anything for two-factor authentication. I can't even change the email to one I use because I need to verify ...

i just used Battlefield for that question but i've been waiting for a reply for 3 days now so yeah....

    to be more specific, i can sign in with my EA account via my PSN but just cant edit account details on my EA account due to the email issue
