How do I unlink a scam fraudulent email linked on my EA account

If you don't recognize this email, this typically indicates an older EA account was actually accessed by someone else who changed the email address. This would be the same account your PlayStation account was linked to in the past, only now with their email - completely separate from the EA account you're using now.
It would typically be best in that situation to recover the old account rather than unlinking any platforms, just to avoid any loss of progress that can come from unlinking.
