email lost

Hi, I can’t access my EA account because I forgot the email linked to it. When I try to log in with my EA ID, the verification code is sent to that email, so I can’t log in at all. Can anyone suggest how I can recover or find the email address? Thanks!

    Hi, I have tried contacting Customer Support and following the usual account recovery steps but I could not proceed because the system asks for access to the email linked to the account which I no longer have. Can you advise another way to recover my EA account or verify ownership without access to that email?

    bleeh465​,

    support should be able to verify ownership of the account by asking you a list of questions regarding details of the account. By answering those correctly, they should then be able to help you change the connected e-mail to one that you have access to.
