Email No longer exists

I was trying to log in to my Xbox EA account and it asked for the verification code. The email it was sending it to no longer exists so I was wondering how I can login to the account. The Xbox account is now under my main email but it doesn’t give me the option to send it there. I’ve also changed the main email on my Xbox account as well.
