Enter a valid id

Dear EA_Lanna​ 

I am writing to express my ongoing concern regarding a username filtering issue that I have been trying to resolve for several days. I have submitted multiple support tickets and have been in contact with various EA representatives, yet unfortunately, my issue still remains unresolved.

The username I am trying to use is “Brazkhor.” I would like to kindly emphasize that this username does not contain any offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate meaning. It is a name I have been consistently using across all platforms, and it represents my online identity.

Despite this, it continues to be blocked by the system’s filter, and I find myself checking every day to see whether this unnecessary restriction has been lifted. Strangely, it's accepted only if I capitalize the A. I don't want it to be like that.

I respectfully request your support in reviewing this case and, if possible, removing the filter restriction on this username. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I also had trouble changing my name and kept getting the "Enter a valid EA ID" error. Somehow, I managed to fix it by switching some letters of the desired name from uppercase to lowercase or vice versa. After that, the change finally went through, and now I can freely adjust the letter casing without any issues.

EA_Lanna​ Same issue here... i would like to use Axcuracy but it keeps telling me to Enter a valid EA ID.

EA_Lanna​ I am having the same issue. My username everywhere is PurrsephonePlays, and it will only allow me to put "PursephonePlays" which is the incorrect spelling and does not align with my Twitch/socials.

Same issue here with the username Baeorus. I cannot use my own nickname as a user ID. I use this on every platform out there.
Dont really understand why this is not a valid username.

I am having the same issue, I know the username is not taken as well but it just says enter a valid EA ID.
I am trying to change my username to leebiere
It is what I have changed all my accounts to except for this one.
Please help.

I received the same error message as the previous user mentioned. I even tried your fix (@EA_Lanna) but it didn't work.
