Error message; EA ID is invalid
I have tried to generate a account for my son using EA App, but EA App tells me that my "EA ID is invalid". How can I resolve this issue?

You can only resolve the issue by using a valid EA ID/an EA ID that is not already in use. When you create an EA ID, it should also mention what kind of characters are allowed. Usually, it's only letters and numbers.

I Am also trying to create an account for my son... Followed the online process, and when I enter the parent/guardian email address, and enter the EA ID, it keeps on saying EA ID is invalid. When I login with my EA ID on the EA app or on the website, my EA ID works... What's the problem?
