Error when submitting a support request, invalid email

Hello. My support ticket got the status of "Waiting on player", I did not get a confirmation email as it was sent to "Null" and the ticket does not show up in my tickets. When I tried "resume" the...

    This problem has now been sorted on EA's end.

Have tried with private window, Firefox's version of incognito.
I also downloaded Brave now, no chat option there when not signed in.
Same for signed in, no chat appears.
Could someone from EA contact me on the account email instead?

Thanks for trying those troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, EA Help requires users to initiate contact through their support portal, and they don’t usually reach out via email unless it’s part of an ongoing case. That said, there are a couple more things you can try: 

  1. Use Chrome or Edge, I've tried on both and got the chat option to appear. 
  2. Select the following topic: "Update EA Account." This option usually provides a form of contact instead of redirecting to help articles.

    Downloaded edge, same there.

    And I can't initiate contact since the form just crashes :( So I'm unable to get in touch with them.

      Was able to submit a new case with the chat option, but it just freezes in Firefox. In Edge the problem still persists, no chat.
